innovation in Europe.<\/p><p>The platform will support and assist the implementation of the EU Program for research: Horizon 2020.<\/p><p>ALICE is based on the recognition of the need for an overarching view on logistics and supply chain planning and control, in which shippers and logistics service providers closely collaborate to reach efficient logistics and supply chain operations.<\/p><p>Future research should focus on new concepts in which increased collaboration and coordination will eventually result in the Physical Internet, where complete horizontal and boulevards. It is a multi-scale, multidisciplinary and inter-university research structure (ULB, VUB, USL-B, UCL, KUL), created by the Brussels Studies Institute (BSI). 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><p>The Thematic Network, led by the University Institute for Automobile Research (INSIA) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, brings together the main research centers in Spain that work on different areas of intelligent vehicles such as perception of the environment, automatic driving, systems collision avoidance, V2V and V2I communications, among others. Although, in the past, many of the groups involved have already collaborated, the aim is to find greater synergies between all of them and give greater visibility to their activities. Gaining access to large European consortiums or joining international networks implies the formation of strong groups at the national level that can provide a critical mass and resources and knowledge that are at the levels required within said international spheres.
