The results of the surveys will serve to improve bus services in the future, within the context of the European project HARMONY (CEF)1. After this first wave of surveys, we will do a second with the aim of testing the mobile application for passengers that is being developed in the project. If you are interested in testing the application and giving your opinion, write to the email harmony@caminos.upm.es. Your collaboration will be very useful for the development of the project and the improvement of the service
