FIT2021 AWARD TO THE YOUNG RESEARCHER.
Carlos Romero, TRANSyT researcher and Assistant Professor in the Department of Transport Engineering, Territory and Urbanism, was chosen winner of the FIT 2021 Young Researcher Award granted by the Transport Engineering Forum within the CIT2021 Congress.
The researcher was awarded for his paper "Can infrastructure determine perceived quality of suburban rail services? Insights from Cercanías Madrid", co-authored by Professor Andrés Mónzón (also a member of TRANSyT) and Professor Clara Zamorano, Professor of Railways. Department of Transport and Territory and with the collaboration of RENFE OPERADORA in the provision of data.
