Description: | Researchers from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and the Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) are carrying out a study to improve the management of urban distribution of goods related to electronic commerce in large cities, taking into account economic, social and environmental criteria. We ask you to participate in filling out this survey that is anonymous and voluntary, respecting all legislation on the protection of personal data. The data of all the answers will be analyzed together, and will help the different interest groups (Public Administrations, companies, citizens) to give priority to the most beneficial alternatives or solutions. The estimated time of realization is 3 minutes.
