The City Council of Madrid presents on March 9 and 10 the conference "CITIES BY BICYCLE" at the Conde Duque Cultural Center (C / Conde Duque, 11. Madrid). These days will focus on the relationship of the bicycle with the quality of life of the city. They will present experiences from New York, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Berlin, Seville, Paris and Zaragoza, with contributions from specialists, associations and citizens.
