Small cities have easier mobility for their citizens who will always be able to walk or bike, but in places like Madrid and Barcelona it is not clear how the return to work of their inhabitants will be.
For the deputy director of the Transport Research Center of the Polytechnic University "in the flexibilization of peak hours the private sector has a lot to say, with teleworking and the flexibilization of schedules." Again a call for the collective collaboration of society and shared responsibility between the public and the private.
