On July 7 at 12:30 p.m. it was delivered, under the supervision of the researcher Don. Gabriel Pieren Salazar, in the Rafael Izquierdo Library of the Transport Research Center (TRANSyT) of the Higher Technical School of Civil Engineers, Channels and Ports, of one of the two prizes established – a gift voucher of € 50 of consumption in material or workshop in the Bike and Roll cycling shop and workshop in Madrid – in the survey on the use of bicycles in Madrid.

The winner, surveyed number 1,042, uses BiciMAD several times a week to go to her study center. It is paid almost since the system was inaugurated, motivated by multiple reasons such as the competitiveness of the time and cost of travel compared to other modes of public transport, such as the metro or the bus, the ease of parking in the center and because it enjoys going by bike.
