María Eugenia López Lambas

María Eugenia López-Lambas is Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering: Transport, Territory and Urbanism, since 2005. Researcher at TRANSyT since 2000. She is a Specialist in Land Transport (UPM, 2000), Maritime Transport and Port Management (UPM, 2001) and Sustainable Transport (UPM, 2005), and Doctor in Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 1995). She has extensive experience as a member of international scientific committees and advisory groups (ECTRI, FERSI, CIVITAS, CIVINET Spain-Portugal, and RETEVI I and II (Research Network on Intelligent and Connected Vehicles), and as a researcher/director in international and national research projects (more than 15 since 2002), including KEYSTONE, SPROUT, SCALE-UP, ASCIMER, KLIMATe or AUTOMOST. She is the author of more than 40 scientific publications.
