Daniela has degrees in civil engineering (Universidad Nacional de Colombia), transport engineering (Universidad de los Andes) and she is doing her PhD in the Civil Engineering Systems Program (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), supervised by Professor José Manuel Vassallo. Daniela has participated in research and implementation projects related to urban transformations that promotes social well-being, sustainable modes of transport and road safety, trough field work and data analysis. Currently, she works at the Transportation Research Centre (TRANSyT), her research is focused in the impact of e-commerce on urban mobility and its effects on sustainability.
